📌5 Curriculum Tips I Still Have to Remind Myself (Yep, Every Year!)
Some families thrive with a loose, cozy vibe. Others (like us!) do better with structure, desks, and visual schedules. Either way is valid—lean into your strengths.
You don’t have to dive into everything at once. Start with a single subject and build from there. Baby steps = big wins.
Look for programs that allow for movement breaks, hands-on work, and short lessons. A curriculum that matches your kid’s energy = less frustration for everyone.
Always check for free samples, YouTube flip-throughs, or honest reviews. That adorable workbook may be a total flop—and it’s better to find out before you buy.
Skip pages. Combine kids. Adjust the pacing. Seriously—customizing your curriculum isn’t cheating. It’s just smart.
